12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute within 30 days of written notice.
If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wisconsin under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Class actions and representative claims are not permitted.

Exceptions to arbitration include claims involving intellectual property rights or requests for injunctive relief.

13. MODIFICATIONS AND CORRECTIONS

Information on the Site may contain errors, omissions, or outdated details.
We reserve the right to correct or update any content at any time without notice.

14. TERMINATION
